Deploy
Stand up AIOP in your chosen mode. Wire identity, policy, and the first replay path. Demo to stakeholders end of week 2.
- Week 3–6
Run
Real workflow runs through AIOP, in production. Evidence accrues. Weekly review with your platform + compliance leads.
- Week 7–8
Audit rehearsal
Internal audit walkthrough using the live Evidence Pack. Findings become the v2 list.
- Week 9–10
Decision
Joint review of pilot outcomes against the success criteria from week 0. Decision: scale, refine, or abort. No drift.
