Support for your firm. The agent takes over the craft that comes before the advice, works to your rules, and backs every value with document, page and quote.
Every firm works differently. Different checks at client onboarding, a different order in the closing presentation, different ratios that matter. Software that ignores this creates work instead of saving it.
So the LumeSec Kanzlei Agent is not a finished product you adopt. It gets trained in. Your rules, your calculations, your procedures: you write down once how your firm prepares annual accounts, and from then on it can do it. The Architect, a second agent in the settings, helps you write them. Nothing is published without your approval.
What it takes off your desk is the craft that comes first: reading the documents, carrying over the values, working out the ratios, filling the slides. The judgement stays in the firm. And every value it proposes names its document, its page and its quote.
What it does
Document understanding
Balance sheets, assessments, receipts, trial balances, spreadsheets, scans. It recognises the type, the client and the period, and reads out the values. With page and quote.
Balance sheet analysis
Ratios from the balance sheet and the P&L, per period, charted in the case: equity, expense structure, cash flow, effective tax rate.
Cases
Annual accounts, assessment review, VAT return, tax planning, client onboarding. Stages up to closing, with the firm's rules standing guard.
Closing presentation
The case knows what the deck needs and shows what is missing. One click produces the PowerPoint.
Clients
A client register per legal form. Values carry their source, and overwriting one takes a comment.
Your rules
Rules, calculations and skills belong to the firm. The Architect helps write them, and nothing is published without approval.
How it works
A language model that summarises a balance sheet is impressive. Right up until somebody asks where the equity ratio came from.
So the Kanzlei Agent is not a chatbot with access to documents. It is three separate responsibilities: the model reads and proposes. An engine calculates. A human decides.
Sourced.
Every value names its document, its page and the quote it came from.
Deterministic.
A rule engine does the arithmetic and shows its working. The model is not allowed to calculate.
Approved.
Values arrive as a proposal. Contradictions are shown, not hidden. The firm decides.
What it costs
- Every case type, the ratios, the closing presentation
- Document understanding and OCR on your documents
- Your own rules, calculations and skills, plus the Architect
- Firm branding, German and English, light and dark
- A demo tenant with fictional clients to practise on
How to start
We show the agent on real work. The demo runs a complete firm with fictional clients, cases, documents and history. Then you bring your own annual accounts, and you see on your own numbers what "sourced" means.
